       Smart Programming, Strategic Space Planning and by Bringing Life in -with Greenery,
  you DON'T let the indoors LIMIT the FUN!

       The Zoning Plan is divided into Four Main Strips: The Public-Welcoming Strips, The Boundary Strips -Vertical Belt, Semi Private Strips, and Family Live-In Private Strips. The Main Strips are laid in a compact friction, following a hierarchial guide, while the Support and Service Strips placed in the opposite direction to allow a Greenery injections in between and provide enough wind circullation and light illumination to the inner side of the unit. Final Layout featuring the 'Swap-Around' Guest Zone, 'Nature-Infused-Pantry' Dining room, and 'The Live-In' Family room.

       The exterior features a labyrinth-like folded mouldings, a play of shape to instantly give a unique look for a typical shophouses plan. The main column and the rest of the main surfaces modified accordingly to give a massive impact and the feel of a jewel-like structure.

       A sophisticated and sleek dining room design. A good deal with space and material-wise are key factors. Finally the dandelion pendant lamp, design by Marcus Arvonen under IKEA makros collection to jazzed up the look.

       The idea is to bring about a bedroom for a young lady that is refreshing, clutter-free yet inspiring. Three different materials and textures elected to cover-up the wall surfaces. An energetic patterened Wallcover is used on the drop ceiling and wall side to set a proper perimeter of the room, with a feature accent of a customized line-art flower imagery prints along the mattres side wall. Everything else is kept tidy with contemporer set-up.

       The Bathroom is 1.5 meters to 3.5 meters in size. The layout utilizes an elongated arrangement with basic fixtures, enriched with warm Cocoa color and Stone covers to bring about the natural ambience. The built-in wood works, in the other hand, use a combination of piano-finish materials, accented with fiber-foil layer to give a trendy approach. The chill-out zone.

The design brings together Authentic Japanese Culture, featuring the famous Sakura blossoms, a circle representing zen of the rsing sun seen on the Japanese flag, and brush strokes infusing the East traditional art into its crisp modern line.
